Welcome to howtoshowupinclaude.com (the "Site"), a free guide and AI-visibility analyzer published by Webair AI LLC ("Webair AI", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What we provide

The Site offers free educational content about generative-search visibility and a free analyzer tool that scores any publicly accessible web page for how well it is positioned to be cited by ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. The analyzer is provided as-is for informational purposes only.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the analyzer to scan a site you do not own or do not have permission to scan.
• Submit URLs of illegal content, malware-hosting sites, or sites designed to harm others.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Site or the analyzer service.
• Scrape or republish our content without attribution.
• Use automated tooling to hammer the analyzer at high request rates. (We rate-limit; please don't try to defeat it.)

3. The analyzer is informational, not a guarantee

The scores, rationales, and recommendations produced by the analyzer are best-effort estimates based on a combination of automated page analysis and large-language-model evaluation. They are not a guarantee of search performance, ranking, or AI citation. AI search systems change frequently; what matters today may matter differently tomorrow. Use the analyzer as a starting point for diagnosis, not as a sole source of truth.

4. Third-party services

The Site links to and may funnel users toward third-party services, including but not limited to GoRankPilot (an SEO content service offered by an affiliated company). We may be compensated for clicks or conversions to these services. The GoRankPilot ad placements on the Site are clearly labeled.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, code, designs, and the analyzer logic — is owned by Webair AI LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution for editorial purposes. You may not republish full articles without written permission. The "Webair AI™" name and the GoRankPilot ad styling are trademarks of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and analyzer are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webair AI LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or analyzer.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Webair AI LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be noted in a banner on the home page for at least 30 days.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
